When will I receive my book?It usually take up to 5 days to receive your order. Books will be shipped via Royal Mail second class within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please allow extra time for any issues with Royal Mail.

It's been a week and I still haven't received my order. What should I do?
Please get in touch with us to confirm we have the correct address for you and there wasn't any issues with your payment online.

How do I order more than £250worth of books?
If you would like to order a large number of books, please call us on 01634 731470 or email us at tech.training@zen.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Can I order books to be posted outside of the UK?
Yes, we can post books to pretty much anywhere. Please email us with your address and order requirements, then we will provide you with a custom quote for the postage costs.

I have accidentally ordered more than one copy or the wrong book, can you refund me?
If you have ordered incorrectly please let us know as soon as possible. If we haven't already shipped the item, we will be able to refund you no problem.

Can I pay with card?
Yes, you can pay with a credit or a debit card.

I am having trouble with my card payment online, can you help?
Of course, please call us on 01634 731470 and we will try and take payment over the phone instead.

I don't have a card, how can I pay for the order?
We can also issue an invoice for orders, please get in touch.

I am looking for training instead, am I on the wrong site?
